Are you interested in joining a dynamic and vibrant team who play a vital role in supporting individuals and communities to become more connected and resilient? The Dial-OP and Sources of Support Volunteering Project team provides people who are isolated and/or vulnerable with the information, guidance and support they need through multi-layered and diverse levels of support. With funding from Big Lottery Improving Lives and Integrated Care Fund, we are currently recruiting for a full-time Project Worker (35 hours/week) to join the team for one year.
We are looking for a team player with great communication skills and with experience of working with people from diverse backgrounds. You will have a good knowledge of volunteering and of health and wellbeing, in particular loneliness and social isolation. You must have an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare or equivalent qualification or work experience.
