An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised Administrator to join the HR department in our Dundee hotel. You will support the HR Manager and ensure an accurate administrative service is provided to the hotel. Key responsibilities will include:
Processing and maintaining employee files.
Handling queries from employees and managers.
Contribute to running new start inductions and assessment centres
Administering and issuing of uniform.
General administrative duties.
This role is 30 hours per week, ideally 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Start and end times can be discussed.
To succeed in this role you will need to have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, a friendly and approachable manner, and a strong desire to complete tasks efficiently. Equally important, you must have plenty of self-motivation and the ability to communicate at all levels. Previous HR Administration experience is highly desirable.
