Here at Dobbies Garden Centres, we are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our horticulture team.
As Horticulture Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service including providing advice and guidance in relation to plant care and maintenance, core gardening products & equipment, maintaining the plant & core gardening areas on a daily basis as per company standards, and any other duties associated with a garden centre role.
You will be passionate about delivering the best possible experience for our customers and enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be a team player and confident communicator who is eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences.
Previous retail experience would be an advantage however not essential as full training will be given.
