The offices are based at Number Ten Constitution Road which is in Dundee City Centre.
We are looking for a volunteer to come in preferably on Mondays to support our Resource Centre staff with reception/administration duties.
Our Resource Centre comprises 2 rooms, one displaying aids for daily living for people with a visual or hearing impairment including office spade for 2 staff. The second room houses hi-tech equipment for visually impaired people and specialist telephones as well as hearing loop system.
We are looking for a volunteer to come in preferably on Mondays to support our resource centre staff with answering telephones, welcoming visitors, directing people to the right person, pricing of stock items, maintenance of stock sheets and cash sheets, making up files, general filing, checking equipment and preparing information material.
