Our Victoria Street Support Team are now on the lookout for caring individuals with great communication and listening skills to join them as a Team Member on a part-time (20 or 30 hours) permanent basis. We are also on the lookout for some relief colleagues too. Relief really gives you flexibility, you tell us when you're available and we'll look to give you shifts to fit. Our relief pay rate is £9.00 per hour.
As a Team Member you'll be part of a self-organised team where we'll guarantee you heaps of job satisfaction. No two days are ever the same. You'll be part of a team who provide care and support to adults with additional support needs.
The people we support enjoy an active lifestyle and love getting out and about, their hobbies and interests include walking, drama, shopping and mosaic work, so we'll need you to be enthusiastic about participating and supporting with their interests whilst nurturing and guiding to enable each individual to do things independently . You'll also support with all aspects of daily living. By taking a person centred and outcomes focused approach, you will get to know the people we support as individuals and help them recognise their potential.

If youre successful in joining our team, you will be expected to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and be committed to working towards a SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare as required for SSSC registration with the support from our Training Academy.
