An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a trainee Customer Service Advisor to join our fast-paced team
The role would suit someone looking to start their career in a Business Office Environment with a strong interest in Customer Service.
The Trainee Customer Services Advisor role will include the following tasks:
Providing high levels of customer service at all times when dealing with customers
Answering phone calls from customers
Responding to customer enquiries by phone & email
General office admin duties
No previous experience in a similar role is required as full training will be provided.
The right candidate will have a lovely telephone manner and be confident when speaking to others both over the phone and face to face.
The right candidate will have excellent maths and English skills
You will be looking to begin your career in an office environment in a customer service position with excellent career progression. You will be extremely well-organised and have the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage your own diary. You will have excellent communication skills and a professional manner. You will have a positive can-do attitude with the ability to get things done
