Office Administrator - Sharp

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Operations Manager the role involves all day to day office administration within the Dundee Branch which supplies furniture solutions to the commercial and local authority market place.

Key Responsibilities:
Administration of the returns process, communicating to customers and internal process owners
Invoicing, delivery note and order processing
Ordering new stock, maintaining stock records, collating stock audits
Dealing with customer enquiries regarding stock availability, delivery, price and product specification
Accurately inputting customer orders onto SAP
Customer account liaison and relationship development
Liaising with supplier partners & account managers
Resolving price discrepancies & supply issues with related people
Taking team meeting minutes
Manage daily tasks and projects allocated by line manager
Support and maintenance of all relevant databases.
Provide administrative support, tracking & processing returns/damages
Process receipts and manage staff expenses

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Experience of working in an admin support role
Computer literate - Word/Excel.
Knowledge of other computing systems e.g. SAP (desirable)
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Customer orientated, capable of building relationships with customers
Team Player
Good time keeper
Articulate with attention to detail, able to work in a pressurised environment
Able to manage a variety of tasks and work to tight dead lines
